  • Oversee and control the end-to-end (E2E) publication development process, including implementation and monitoring of KPIs, preparing metric reports, and tracking external service provider performance.

  • Support publication planning cycles by managing kickoff meetings, taking and sharing meeting minutes, and ensuring timeline and budget transparency in collaboration with GSCLs.

  • Drive planning and management across internal and external stakeholders while providing process guidance and oversight to affiliate publication activities, leveraging agency partners for execution.

  • Serve as the single point of contact for procurement and agency colleagues, managing timelines, budgets, and costs while ensuring savings are monitored.

  • Manage the E2E process for individual publications, including concept sheet development, review coordination, commentary adjudication, and collection of final author approvals, using publication management systems.

  • Collaborate with internal authors and external partners to ensure timely feedback, maintain databases for efficiency, and consult on consistent publication tool and process management while focusing on compliance and continuous improvement opportunities.
