The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels, nurturing them through the sales funnel, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals.
Research and identify potential leads using tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems, and online databases.
Develop and execute lead generation strategies via email campaigns, social media, and outbound calls.
Maintain thorough understanding of Eos products and services to provide relevant, up to date information to potential leads
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
Maintain and update the Salesforce with accurate lead information and activity tracking.
Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation efforts with campaigns and content.
Analyze lead generation metrics and optimize strategies for better performance.
Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to generate new leads.
May assist the wider commercial team with duties and responsibilities as needed.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus.
Understanding of the energy industry, renewables market, solar, wind, power generation/transmission industries
Minimum of 2 years' experience.
Associates degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business development, or sales required.
Local Travel: 10-25%
Overnight/North America: 10-25%
Office Environment - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time and occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. May be required to exert up to 25 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body
Customer/Partner Locations – Employee may visit customer or partner locations that may be comprised of office, manufacturing floor, laboratory environments and construction sites depending on the location and reason for visit.
