Job Description
  • Lead technical development productivity priorities forward, for the organisation to meet their strategic goals.
  • Work with performance management and reporting and vendor teams to ensure access to accurate metric reports for teams to make decisions and drive actions
  • Analyse developer productivity data and share insights and opportunities with regional teams to help them make decisions.
  • Lead governance processes, working with regional teams to review their metrics and support them in executing against actions plans to meet their goals.
  • Work with business management & tooling and procurement teams on shared priorities
  • Work with wider projects teams that contribute to developer productivity metrics, to share across with regional champions to support their goals.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practises and create collaborative working groups to share ideas and best practises
  • Be a partner with the regional champions and teams to drive developer productivity goals forward in a collaborate and inclusive way

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with development teams is desirable but not essential.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or governance role in technology
  • Technical Skills: MS Office Suite and Data Visualisation (e.g. Power BI, Excel)
