Job description

Seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to support the lead generation and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, research, and organization skills, and be comfortable with a daily structure involving email campaigns, light phone outreach, and lead tracking.

• Reach out to a provided list of property and commercial building leads to offer the company's services 

• Conduct cold calls using a provided call script

• Send outreach emails using a pre-written email template (emailing is the main focus)

• Perform LinkedIn outreach

• Accurately track and report outreach activity and responses
