We're looking for a Retention Strategist to join our high-performance, collaborative team. If you live and breathe lifecycle marketing, excel at building retention strategies across multiple channels, and have hands-on experience with at least two of the following email platforms: Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or Salesforce, this is the role for you.


What You'll Do
  • Lead the end-to-end management of email, SMS, referral, rewards, and other retention programs for our clients.

  • Develop, execute, and optimize data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies that drive cohort retention, engagement, and brand loyalty.

  • Own the marketing calendar, campaign build and deployment, A/B testing, reporting, and daily operations across all assigned accounts.

  • Instill best practices across retention programs, including triggered campaigns, dynamic content, segmentation, personalization, and retargeting.

  • Design customer journeys that are omnichannel, highly personalized, and rooted in data.

  • Analyze customer behavior and engagement patterns to identify actionable insights and strategic opportunities.

  • Monitor performance metrics, uncover trends, and deliver clear reporting, key learnings, and strategic recommendations to clients.

  • Continuously test and optimize programs to drive incremental improvements.


What You Bring
  • 4+ years experience in lifecycle/email marketing strategy, production, and end-to-end campaign management.

  • Hands-on experience with at least two of the following ESPs: Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, Salesforce.

  • Direct experience managing enterprise-level ecommerce clients in a client services or account leadership capacity.

  • Expertise in email and SMS marketing best practices — segmentation, deliverability, copy, design, and automation.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into strategic action.

  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and an optimization mindset.

  • Strategic copywriting skills; ability to develop messaging that resonates.

  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates (bonus points!).

  • Familiarity with Paid Media and CRO, or a strong willingness to learn.

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • High degree of self-motivation, organization, and accountability — thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

  • Positive, collaborative attitude and a relentless focus on delivering client value.


This is a full-time, fully remote position.
Compensation: $75,000–$85,000, commensurate with experience.
