  • Manage and guide the Privileged Access cloud engineering team and coordinate with stakeholders.

Role Intro

We are looking for an energetic, collaborative, and decisive Identity & Access Technical Lead for Privileged Access for Cloud part of the Chief Security Office CTO Identity & Access team. The team looks after the global bank-wide identity and access services, and architecture and strategy for such. The Identity & Access team has a global footprint present in all main bank locations. The team itself is located mainly in London, Frankfurt, Bucharest, Bangalore and Pune.

The Privileged Access for Cloud Lead will own the strategy, architecture, delivery and service for Privileged Access Management (PAM) of cloud services, such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure.  The lead will align strategies with the wider identity & access security architecture landscape, with the threat landscape and with the cloud platform teams.

The Privileged Access Cloud Lead will be a key member to drive the strategic direction of moving into cloud securely, where identity and access plays a major role. In the role the person must establish good relations to business applications teams and infrastructure teams alike. The person will manage and operate in a highly complex environment and prove the ability to drive efficient solutions and simplification.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition of Privileged Access controls and architecture for cloud platforms, such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure.
  • Ensure effective operation of the Privileged Access controls for cloud platforms, such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure.
  • Lead overall cloud delivery in the Privileged Access function, including migration and adoption of cloud services by Privileged Access Management (PAM) applications.
  • Lead the team providing the Privileged Access cloud engineering and services.
  • Manage, engage and align with stakeholders and enable smooth adoption of cloud solutions.

Skills

  • Expert level knowledge and proven experience of Cloud technologies and Cloud deployment models relevant for GCP, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure, and zero trust architectures in relation to identity and access.
  • Expert on Agile Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) approaches and automated deployment concepts like “infrastructure as code” and “policy as code” techniques emerging contemporary Cloud environments and software technology stack and deployment scenarios.
  • Expert level experience of identity and access threats, vulnerabilities, protection patterns and technologies commonly used in the market to address the resulting risks.
  • Expert level experience of identity and access control areas like Identity Lifecycle Management, Authentication, Authorisation and Privileged Access Management, Role Based Access Control (RBAC) & Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC), Secrets Management, and Governance & Analytics.
  • Proven experience as an Information Security and Identity and Access Engineer or Architect in a large scale multi-national, ideally in financial services.
