Job description

GEA Farm Technologies is a globally operating company in the agricultural technology sector, specializing in the development and production of innovative solutions for dairy farms. With a broad range of products and services, GEA Farm Technologies provides state-of-the-art technologies and systems to optimize milk production, animal health, and farm management.
We are currently seeking a detail oriented Business Excellence Manager (m/f/d) to join the newly established Dealer Development function.

Responsibilities / Tasks

Reporting to the Head of Dealer Development, this role drives sales and service performance by leading the CRM rollout across Farm Technologies and leveraging insights to strengthen the dealer network.
Initially focused on CRM implementation and governance, the role transitions—once adopted globally—toward pipeline steering, sales enablement, and data-driven dealer development.

  • CRM Rollout: Lead the strategic implementation of the CRM system in regions and countries where it is not yet deployed, with a focus on the Sales Cloud

  • System Usage & Governance: Enhance CRM adoption in active regions by establishing governance models and steering mechanisms for consistent use

  • Reporting & KPIs: Develop and maintain dashboards; define and track key performance indicators to evaluate CRM effectiveness

  • Management Communication: Provide regular updates to management on rollout progress, user activity, and system insights

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align CRM strategy with Sales, Service, Marketing, IT, and regional teams through close cooperation

  • Post-Rollout Focus: Transition into a steady-state role centered on pipeline steering, sales enablement, and dealer development

  • Sales Excellence & Consulting: Deliver insights, best practices, and guidance to improve the dealer network and sales process optimization

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Professional Experience: Proven background in CRM implementation, sales operations, or commercial excellence—preferably in a B2B industrial or tech-driven setting
  • CRM Expertise: Deep understanding of CRM systems and their impact on sales performance
  • Analytical & Reporting Skills: Experience creating dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar
  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Strong project management skills and ability to align with diverse stakeholders in a matrix organization
  • Strategic & Operational Mindset: Combines big-picture thinking with a hands-on, execution-focused approach
  • Communication & Leadership Presence: Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence interacting at senior leadership level
  • Flexibility & Global Orientation: Comfortable with evolving responsibilities, fluent in English, and open to international travel; additional languages are a plus

What we Offer:

  • Compensation: Attractive salary outside the collective bargaining agreement plus bonuses
  • Social Benefits: Extensive additional benefits, such as a company pension scheme
  • Work-Life Balance: 30 vacation days per year, one additional special leave day for social engagement, and flexible working hours
  • Remote Flexibility: The option for remote work with a flat, trust-based organizational culture
  • Purpose & Impact: A pivotal role in a transformation journey that touches all aspects of sales and dealer management
  • Strategic Scope: The opportunity to shape CRM usage and sales excellence across a global organization
  • Team Culture: Collaboration with an ambitious, forward-looking team in an appreciative and international work environment
  • Mobility: Participation in the JobRad bike leasing program for eco-friendly commuting
  • Health & Wellness: Access to a comprehensive health management program
  • Employee Perks: Exclusive staff discounts through corporate benefit programs
  • Catering: On-site cafeteria with a varied selection of meals
  • Childcare: On-site childcare for children under the age of 3
