As our next Events Manager, you'll be the strategic and operational lead behind events that bring this mission to life—from our 900+ attendee national conference to year-round engagement through our digital community, 4DL (For Deeper Learning). What You’ll Do:
Plan and execute high-impact events, both in-person and virtual, on time and on budget
Lead logistics, vendor management, contract negotiation, and on-site execution
Manage event budgets with a focus on profit and loss accountability
Grow and activate our 4DL community by fostering relationships and identifying revenue-generating opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align event strategy with organizational goals
What You Bring:
4-year degree in business management, hospitality, or marketing from an accredited higher education institute.
5+ years of experience managing large-scale events (900+ attendees)
Strong budgeting, vendor negotiation, and project management skills
Familiarity with tools like Cvent, Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com
A customer-first, mission-driven mindset with exceptional attention to detail
Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Bonus points for: PMP or CAPM certification, and experience in education, nonprofit, or mission-based sectors. What We Offer? This is a remote role with approximately 25% travel for events and conferences.
