KEY RESPONSIBILITIES What does this position aim to do?

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features
Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices
Optimize applications for speed and scalability
Troubleshoot and debug production issues

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS What should the position holder be and have?

3+ years of experience in Java development (Java 8+)
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
Experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and SQL databases
Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of microservices architecture
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
Exposure to front-end technologies like React
Knowledge of added technologies like Salesforce/Apex and PHP
