Monday to Friday, Full-time 9-5 UK time.

Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Talent Consultant to join their dynamic and fast-growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about connecting great people with meaningful career opportunities. As a Talent Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in sourcing top-tier candidates, supporting business development, and contributing to the strategic hiring goals across the insurance and finance markets.

  • Market Mapping & Talent Sourcing: Conduct strategic research to build talent pools, track competitor movements, and identify high-potential candidates across the UK and global markets.

  • Candidate Engagement & Pre-screening: Initiate outreach, build relationships, and conduct initial qualification calls with passive and active talent to assess suitability and interest.

  • CRM & Data Management: Maintain and update the internal CRM with precision, ensuring accurate candidate records, notes, and market insights.

  • Sales & Consultant Support: Collaborate closely with experienced consultants—preparing briefing notes, providing candidate insight, managing diary bookings, and enabling business growth through strong operational support.



Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within the finance or insurance markets.

  • A confident communicator who isn’t afraid to speak up, ask questions, or engage with senior stakeholders.

  • Well-versed in digital sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter; familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or Bullhorn) is a plus.

  • Excellent organisational and data management skills with a high attention to detail.

  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, able to work well independently and in a team.

  • Capable of working in a project-based environment, managing timelines, and delivering against defined goals.
