Market Mapping & Talent Sourcing: Conduct strategic research to build talent pools, track competitor movements, and identify high-potential candidates across the UK and global markets.
Candidate Engagement & Pre-screening: Initiate outreach, build relationships, and conduct initial qualification calls with passive and active talent to assess suitability and interest.
CRM & Data Management: Maintain and update the internal CRM with precision, ensuring accurate candidate records, notes, and market insights.
Sales & Consultant Support: Collaborate closely with experienced consultants—preparing briefing notes, providing candidate insight, managing diary bookings, and enabling business growth through strong operational support.
Requirements:
Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within the finance or insurance markets.
A confident communicator who isn’t afraid to speak up, ask questions, or engage with senior stakeholders.
Well-versed in digital sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter; familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or Bullhorn) is a plus.
Excellent organisational and data management skills with a high attention to detail.
A proactive and adaptable mindset, able to work well independently and in a team.
Capable of working in a project-based environment, managing timelines, and delivering against defined goals.
