Work Options: Onsite | Hybrid | Remote
Compensation: $20.00 – $23.00/hour DOE

What You’ll Do

  • Process, research, and organize a variety of payments across the Lithia & Driveway network

  • Perform daily treasury and financial accounting tasks with precision and consistency

  • Manage electronic funds movement and ensure proper documentation is maintained

  • Investigate and resolve banking and corporate financial issues

  • Prepare journal entries for bank account and intercompany transactions

  • Reconcile dealership bank statements; record accurate entries and adjustments

  • Review and resolve errors on bank fee and analysis statements

  • Communicate clearly with dealerships on Treasury and banking-related activities

  • Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities

  • Provide research and support for banking inquiries including chargebacks and reconciliations

  • Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when needed

  • Participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned

What You Bring

  • 1+ years of experience in a Treasury, Finance, or Accounting-related role

  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for getting things right

  • Working knowledge of treasury and financial accounting principles

  • Excellent written, verbal, and asynchronous communication skills

  • High level of curiosity, accountability, and time management

  • Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure

  • Experience with Kyriba is a plus, but not required
