PR & Marketing Executive (w/m/d) - Teilzeit

In dieser Position sind Sie ein wichtiger Teil unseres deutschen Marketing und Business Development Teams und berichten an die Head of Marketing & Business Development in München. Sie arbeiten standortübergreifend mit dem Marketing und Business Development Team, Sekretariaten, weiteren Abteilungen, Partnerinnen und Partnern als auch den weiteren Rechtsanwältinnen und Rechtsanwälten zusammen, um Geschäftsentwicklungs- und Marketinginitiativen durchzuführen.

Was erwartet Sie

Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung und Adaption internationaler PR- sowie Marketing-Maßnahmen für den deutschen Markt
Proaktive Medienarbeit/ PR: Zusammenarbeit mit Journalisten, Presse-Platzierungen, Pressemitteilungen, Medien-Monitoring, Vorbereiten von Interviews
Handbücher/ Legal Directories: Submission- und Ranking-Management
Verantwortlich für die deutsche Website sowie den lokalen Intranetseiten
Entwicklung und Aktualisieren von Marketingmaterialien und Publikationen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem London Office

Was uns überzeugt

Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, idealerweise ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing/ Kommunikation und Berufserfahrung, bevorzugt in einem internationalen Kanzlei- oder Unternehmensumfeld im Bereich PR, Unternehmenskommunikation, Marketing oder Business Development
Sie haben sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude am Texten in Deutsch und Englisch, arbeiten analytisch, strukturiert und gleichzeitig „hands on“
Selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Eigeninitiative und Organisationstalent zeichnen Sie aus
