The first two locations will open at King of Prussia in Pennsylvania and Galleria Dallas in 2025. Netflix House is another step in Netflix's commitment to create immersive, in-person experiences for fans around the globe, including NETFLIX BITES Las Vegas, The Queen’s Ball: A Bridgerton Experience; Stranger Things: The Experience; Squid Game: The Experience, now open in New York, Madrid, Sydney and Seoul; and Stranger Things: The First Shadow, now open on London’s West End and coming to Broadway March 28. Netflix has reached 7.5 Million fans across 170 openings in 100 cities and 40 unique formats around the world with an average guest rating of 4.7 out of 5.

The Role

As a Community Marketing Specialist you will play a pivotal role in bringing the Netflix House brand to life in Philadelphia both pre- launch and post- launch. Your role will involve working closely with both our on-site House teams and national Experience teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with our overarching marketing and brand strategy. This position is based in Philadelphia and reports to the Netflix House General Manager.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the conduit between our on-site House and national Experience teams, ensuring all activities on-site align with the overarching House marketing and brand strategy.

  • Maintain effective working relationships with third-party partners in the market, inclusive of influencers, community groups, local cultural attractions, and external marketing agencies (if applicable) in partnership with GMs

  • Serve as the primary marketing POC for our mall partners and mall contacts

  • Identify opportunities to collaborate with local partners on joint marketing promotions and events that boost brand affinity and increase visitation to Netflix House, and manage strategy and on-site coordination with these local partners 

  • Collaborate with national marketing channel owners and consumer insights research partners to bring local insights into annual strategy and execution (e.g. paid media, CRM email marketing, website, organic social, PR, etc.)

  • Manage on-site strategy and coordination for any site walk-throughs with press, influencers, etc. and/or marketing-led events as set by the national Experiences marketing team

  • Implement and/or adapt Netflix House marketing toolkits for local purposes and needs, proposing any new needs directly with the Creative team

  • Partner with the Operations team to execute agreed-upon programming and events. 

  • Monitor local market performance and assist the General Manager and Finance Team in taking action on trends as needed to meet business objectives

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in live entertainment, location based entertainment, hospitality or retail marketing - ideally in a ticketed environment 

  • Excellent knowledge of local market landscape in Dallas and Philadelphia 

  • Strong understanding of how to drive sales growth & ongoing adoption in partnership with Ops 

  • Comfort in ambiguity and thrives in fast paced environments 

  • Ability to cultivate relationships and efficiently communicate across multiple cross-functional partners - internal, external and agency partners 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Bias to action, proactive & innovative by nature

  • Strong team focus with outstanding organizational and resource management skills
