Job description

Nearly half of patients needing medical equipment at discharge don’t get it in time. The ordering process is too convoluted and is still primarily handled by fax. These inefficiencies lead to higher cost of care and poorer patient outcomes. In the most extreme cases, this equipment means life or death. At Parachute Health, it is our mission to make sure that every patient gets what they need, when they need it. We achieve this by driving efficiency through digital connectivity into every aspect of the ordering process, making it delightfully simple.

We’re leading the charge with a platform that is 10 times faster than the status quo. We connect with major hospitals, payors, and suppliers of life-saving products. Our vision of a “delightfully simple” digital ordering experience for clinicians pushes us forward to transforming the world of post-acute care.

We’ve built a strong network of clinicians, suppliers, health plans, and patients that we serve every day—but we’re ready to amplify our story in a bigger, more systematic way. That’s where you come in.

As an Associate Recruiter on Parachute's People and Culture team, you'll be a vital bridge between top talent and our organizational needs. You'll closely collaborate with your recruiting and HR partners, ensuring a thoughtful and quality candidate experience while serving as a key resource for our hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Job Postings: Create and post jobs on various platforms, including job boards, social media (like LinkedIn), and niche tech communities
  • Applicant Management: Efficiently manage and track candidates within Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system, ensuring a smooth and organized process
  • Sourcing: Learn and apply initial sourcing techniques, such as Boolean search, to identify potential candidates who meet basic job requirements
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to pinpoint candidates whose skills and experience are a strong match for our job descriptions
  • Interview Coordination: Partner closely with our team to coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the process
  • Process Optimization: Assist with improving the hiring process by leveraging best practices, recruitment technology, and analytics
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate effectively with senior recruiters, hiring managers, and the broader HR team to deeply understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts
  • Full Lifecycle Recruiting: Full cycle recruiting for our customer success team
