Position Overview: Inside Sales Specialist will primarily interact with potential leads and be responsible for identifying, Qualifying and closing sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
· Place call to leads generated from Sales and Marketing tactics, as well as non-active leads with previous interest
· Support Area Territory Managers to help identify new targets and mature opportunities within territories.
· Educate prospective customers on product, addressing potential objections and gaining commitment to move forward.
· Review enrollment information and establish expectations in terms of insurance confirmation
· Coordinate warm lead hand offs to Area Territory Manager where required, including coordination of product demonstrations
· Interact effectively and respectfully with many internal stakeholders and team members, including support of reimbursement team to obtain required documentation from customers and clinics
· Interact with current customers on product, including those requiring warranty renewal
· Maintain records of correspondence in CRM system.
· Participate in National/Regional meetings and training as requested, as well as assist with events on occasion.
· Help attain sales and lead generation sales targets.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· 3+ years of previous inside sales experience preferred.
· Fully Bilingual and fluent in speaking and writing (French and English) is preferred.
· Solid analytical and technical skills.
· Exceptional Customer Service experience.
· Exposure to formal sales methodologies.
