On this occasion, we look for Product Owner Technology Productivity to join the team to be a supporter of change.
Your impact at NN: what you´ll do
Optimize Productivity: Enhance productivity and engineering experience for roles, functions, and business technology platforms involved in software product value streams.
Improve Flow State: Research and resolve impediments to “uninterrupted maker time” across various countries and shared departments.
Reduce Cognitive Load: Ensure clarity in engineering practices and IT processes, consistently applied across international business technology platforms.
Shorten Feedback Loops: Automate and shorten feedback loops in shared software product modules through continuous integration, deployment, test automation, and customer feedback.
Define Tooling Requirements: Negotiate clear demands from Group IT and third-party suppliers, driving requirements and solution architecture for continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
Leverage AI Tools: Ensure the availability of the latest AI tools across all platforms with clear usage guidelines to improve productivity.
Standardize Practices: Establish clear platform engineering and security standards for each International Business Tech Platform.
Report Productivity Trends: Implement automated reporting of the Software Delivery Score KPI to track productivity trends and identify areas for improvement.
Manage NNI Marketplace: Oversee the NNI Marketplace platform to streamline collaboration, communication, and resource sharing across international engineering teams.

Who you are
You are an IT professional with:
Extensive Experience: 15-20 years in software engineering/programming, including 5-10 years in solution architecture and 3-5 years in enterprise continuous delivery pipelines.
Educational Background: Academic degree in computer science or equivalent.
Technical Expertise: Knowledge of Open Group IT4IT architecture, DevOps/noOps, open source/inner source models, and product management roles.
Leadership Skills: Strong focus on results, context awareness, drive, decisiveness, and the ability to maintain an overview of complex situations.
Communication Skills: Excellent listening skills, with the ability to gather important information and clarify through questioning.
