Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling global payroll processes, specifically in the US region. This is a hybrid role, combining both remote and office-based work, offering flexibility and a dynamic working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process payroll for employees in the US region.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Utilize and maintain payroll systems such as UKG and Paylocity.
  • Generate and distribute payroll reports.
  • Support the implementation of new payroll systems and processes.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations in the respective regions.

 

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing, with a focus on US region.
  • Proficiency in using payroll systems such as Paylocity Software
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements in the US.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
