Job Description

Overview:
The Operations Manager – DDLC Support is responsible for overseeing and managing operational activities within the CASTLE-NET program. This role ensures efficient execution of daily operations to support organizational goals and mission success. The Operations Manager will coordinate with IT, logistics, security, and other stakeholders to optimize workflows, ensure compliance with CASTLE-NET policies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day-to-day operations across multiple functional areas within the CASTLE-NET program.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, logistics, and security to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with program policies, procedures, and federal regulations.
Support procurement activities, workforce management, and subcontractor coordination.
Manage cost, schedule, and performance metrics across multiple locations and time zones.
Contribute to strategic planning and execution of program goals.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience within the past 7 years in managing complex IT programs or projects with global scope, including:
- Multi-site operations
- Material and equipment procurement
- Workforce and subcontractor management
- Budget and milestone tracking
Certification: Active PMI certification
Clearance: Active Secret clearance
Education: No formal education requirement specified

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) or similar federal programs
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments
