About the Job:

The Director of Revenue Excellence oversees all Revenue Cycle and Payer Relations & Contracting business intelligence and reporting, training development and delivery, vendor management, and project management. This includes supporting the tactical execution and continuous improvement of all Revenue Cycle and Payer Relations & Contracting teams as well as optimizing the organization’s financial performance through strategic oversight. This role will provide insights into key metrics, productivity, and quality of work outputs while fostering cross-functional collaboration, operational efficiency, and financial integrity.

What You’ll Do:

Oversees and is responsible for the successful operation of all Revenue Cycle and Payer Relations & Contracting reporting, project management, training, and vendor management
Responsible for the development and maintenance of all Revenue Cycle and Payer Relations & Contracting onboarding programs and other training
Identify new training opportunities within Revenue Cycle and Payer Relations & Contracting to support ongoing operational improvements
Monitor retraining and certification needs of the Revenue Cycle team, as needed
Oversee development reporting tools, dashboards, and other products to provide insights to key industry KPIs
