About the Job:

The Director of Revenue Excellence oversees all Revenue Cycle and Payer Relations & Contracting business intelligence and reporting, training development and delivery, vendor management, and project management. This includes supporting the tactical execution and continuous improvement of all Revenue Cycle and Payer Relations & Contracting teams as well as optimizing the organization’s financial performance through strategic oversight. This role will provide insights into key metrics, productivity, and quality of work outputs while fostering cross-functional collaboration, operational efficiency, and financial integrity.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversees and is responsible for the successful operation of all Revenue Cycle and Payer Relations & Contracting reporting, project management, training, and vendor management
  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of all Revenue Cycle and Payer Relations & Contracting onboarding programs and other training
  • Identify new training opportunities within Revenue Cycle and Payer Relations & Contracting to support ongoing operational improvements
  • Monitor retraining and certification needs of the Revenue Cycle team, as needed
  • Oversee development reporting tools, dashboards, and other products to provide insights to key industry KPIs

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or related field, Required
  • 7+ years of experience with operations and leadership experience, Required
  • 3+ years of direct supervisory experience, Required
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau or PowerBI, Required
