The job responsibilities include screening and scheduling prospective sales candidate appointments for unlicensed, newly licensed and current real estate agents and teams; running full social media and text campaigns; candidate follow-up; live tradeshow agent events; real estate events; coordinating career luncheons; KvCore CRM campaign management; daily/weekly sales tracking & reporting; meeting and exceeding weekly sales goals. Responsibilities/Requirements include, but not limited to:
Minimum 1-year sales experience (inside, outside, agent or other)
No real estate license required
Setting daily appointments for sales manager and broker
Daily follow-up with contacts and prospects
Ability to build and run content for text, e-blast and social media campaigns
Ability to use CRM and organize sales and follow up daily
Daily sales reporting with Quota
Excellent verbal communication and phone skills
Desire to grow multiple offices – building huge lifetime residual income channel
Compensation package:
Base Salary
