Partnerships Associate

Location: Remote

Type: Full-time

Reports to: Head of Partnerships

About GolfCard

GolfCard is reimagining how golf enthusiasts access perks, rewards, and experiences on and off the course. Whether it’s exclusive tee times, discounts at top golf brands, or points earned on everyday purchases, we’re building a platform that connects golfers with the brands and courses they love most.

We’re a small, fast-moving team, and we’re looking for a highly organized and driven Partnerships Associate to support and scale our growing network of partners.

About the Role

As our Partnerships Associate, you’ll work directly with our Head of Partnerships to identify, secure, and manage relationships with golf brands and other strategic partners. You’ll play a key role in both the day-to-day operations and early conversations that bring new partners into the GolfCard network.

Additionally, you will assist our marketing team in their efforts to ensure our partners are marketed effectively. You’ll organize content, execute campaigns, and help ensure all marketing is compliant.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who wants to learn how partnerships work at a high-growth startup, while contributing meaningfully from day one.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify potential partners aligned with GolfCard’s goals
  • Assist in creating pitch decks, one-pagers, and customized proposals
  • Schedule and coordinate intro calls, meetings, and follow-ups with prospective and current partners
  • Keep our partnership pipeline organized and up to date in CRM/tracking tools
  • Support contract execution and diligence processes with new partners
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to support partnership launches
  • Partner with marketing and design teams to develop co-branded materials and ensure compliance (especially with financial partners)
  • Help maintain and nurture ongoing partner relationships, including performance reporting and optimization

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of work experience in partnerships, business development, sales, operations, or marketing
  • Excellent communication and writing skills; comfortable talking to partners via email and Zoom
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail—you keep things moving and nothing falls through the cracks
  • Self-starter mindset; you don’t need micromanagement to do great work
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn—about the golf industry, our product, and how to close
  • Interest in startups, consumer products, and/or the golf space (golf experience is a bonus, not required)

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience using tools like Airtable, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Google Workspace
  • Exposure to pitch decks, sales materials, or proposal writing
  • Previous work with external partners, vendors, or clients

Benefits

  • Equity: Early-stage stock option package
  • Health benefits
  • Flexible PTO and work hours, remote-friendly environment
  • Opportunity to grow into a Partnerships Manager role as the team scales, with tons of responsibility early in your career
  • Occasional travel to golf events or partner activations
