We are looking for immediate joiner - Bench sales Recruiter.

Position: Bench Sales Recruiter
Location: 100% Remote
Company: Bright Vision Technologies (www.bvteck.com)
Shift: Night shift (EST hours)

Who We're Looking For:

We’re seeking experienced Bench Sales Recruiters who have:

A strong vendor database
Excellent Tier 1 and client contacts
Proven experience placing H1B consultants

Work Guidelines:

Remote Monitoring: We use productivity tools during your 8-hour work shift. You can take breaks—just switch to "break" mode when stepping away.
Full-Time Role: This is a dedicated position with Bright Vision. Dual employment is not allowed. LinkedIn must reflect your association with us after joining.

Job Duties:

Market H1B consultants using your vendor/client network
Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 vendors and clients
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
Negotiate rates and contracts
Manage full recruitment cycle and submit daily/weekly updates
Meet monthly and quarterly placement targets

Should have:

Own Laptop + High Speed Internet setup
