Your Impact

As Head of BDR, you will lead the Outbound Sales Development function, driving proactive prospecting into new accounts and strategic verticals. Your team will play a critical role in fueling growth across all CRM products by creating qualified pipeline for country-level closers.

You will build a high-energy, outbound-focused team and develop scalable programs to identify high-potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the BDR team in generating outbound leads and qualified meetings
  • Define outbound strategies, cadences, and outreach methods for targeted accounts
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to define ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and territories
  • Monitor performance against KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked, conversion rates)
  • Provide ongoing training, role-playing, and feedback to enhance team capabilities
  • Experiment with new channels and tools (LinkedIn, sales automation, etc.)
  • Coordinate with RevOps to optimize tools, data, and reporting


About YOU

  • 6+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with proven success in outbound lead generation
  • 2+ years in a leadership role managing BDR/Outbound teams
  • Strong understanding of prospecting tools, automation platforms, and segmentation
  • Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven sales environments
  • Fluent in English
  • On-site presence in Utrecht required
