As our Senior Director Entri Operations, you will help lead teams that deliver exceptional results to our clients and driving the transformation of front-end services at R1. Every day you will, drive standardization processes and technology with clients, engage and communicate with key customer contact points, and challenge best practices while seeking opportunities to drive process improvements. Here’s what you will experience working as a Senior Director Entri Operations:
Identify and capitalize upon opportunities for process, cost, and patient satisfaction improvement in the scheduling and financial clearance processes.
Engage team to drive to meet and exceed performance targets.
Challenge the best practices and seek opportunities to drive process improvements that result in improved patient, provider and operational performance measures.
Identify, develop and implement projects that maximize the benefits of technology.
Actively collaborate with various shared service functions to develop a one-team mindset.
Interface with client executives to report out on performance, address concerns and help develop drive performance improvement plans as needed.
Develop client specific roadmap to transform their front-end services consider existing and future technology capabilities.
Demonstrate an ability to gain buy-in and drive change across an entire client department including leadership and staff.
Interview departmental users to capture current state scope and workflows and identify opportunities that can be solved through technology, training or workflow.
Support development of training and performance monitoring.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's Degree
8-10 Years of Revenue Cycle Management experience – with at least 5 years of management experience.
Strong experience managing the Revenue Cycle Operations within a Hospital setting and/or demonstrated, relevant client management and consulting skills and domain knowledge.
Leadership Skills – Strong communication and leadership skills, while acting as a role model and coaching team members in R1’s core values.
Interpersonal Skills – The ability to establish oneself as a peer and trusted partner for our client counterparts.
Change Management – The ability to help counterparts through difficult transitions to a new process, workflow, or situation.
Motivation / Drive – Desire for continuous learning, self-starting and going beyond what is asked to take on new challenges and create innovative solutions.
Tenacity / Perseverance – This role will require persistence in analyzing complex issues with data, observation, and analyses to get to root cause identification and resolution.
Analytical Skills – Analytical aptitude and a desire to invest the time to identify issues and solutions, understanding of complex Excel and Access and/or simple SQL and Visual Basic.
