Job Summary:

The Manager, Indirect Cost Control, will collaborate with HR and Finance teams to develop strategies and processes for people investment and cost structure. This role is crucial in enabling accurate financial reporting of people costs across the enterprise and will involve preparing and analyzing headcount and people cost data for executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR and Finance teams to create and implement strategies and processes for people investment and cost structure, facilitating financial reporting across the organization.
  • Prepare and analyze headcount and people cost data, delivering comprehensive reporting packages from the Operating Territory to the Global level for executive leadership.
  • Establish and manage a monthly reconciliation process with Regional HR Business Partners and CFOs.

Primary Role:

  • Directly impact business and functional areas by influencing financial strategies related to people costs.

Evaluation of Success:

  • Evaluate the performance and effectiveness of implemented processes and products.

Communication:

  • Regularly communicate with senior management within direct P&L and functional areas.
  • Influence decisions by introducing and advocating for new concepts, practices, and approaches.

Problem Solving:

  • Significantly enhance existing processes, systems, and products by addressing complex and vaguely defined problems that span multiple job areas.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Advanced skills and well-developed knowledge in the job area and functional oversight.
  • Understanding of the cultural and regulatory landscape relevant to the geographic areas of operation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, effective communication capabilities, and the ability to navigate complex problem-solving scenarios. They will also have a deep understanding of how to drive financial performance through strategic people cost management.

The salary range for this role is $125,000.00-$135,000.00We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the futurePay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
