The Opportunity:

We partner with top-tier healthcare providers across the U.S.—including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Home Health Agencies, and Telehealth organizations—to deliver exceptional remote talent. You will be directly overseeing 3–4 Operations Managers, each responsible for around 40 contractors. You will ensure that service delivery meets client expectations, identify process inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions to drive performance. A collaborative, hands-on leader, you thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable adapting to shifting priorities.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, mentor, and guide 3–4 Operations Managers and their respective teams
  • Monitor team performance and ensure client satisfaction across healthcare accounts
  • Oversee staffing and workflow efficiency for remote healthcare professionals
  • Identify operational gaps and design effective systems and processes to improve quality and productivity
  • Drive accountability and KPIs across the operations structure
  • Act as an escalation point for critical client or contractor issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Recruitment, Training, and HR
  • Exposure to US healthcare standards, Care Plans, and Wound Care protocols will be advantageous
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and client-specific requirements
  • Support business growth through continuous improvement and operational excellence
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations management, with at least 3 years in the US healthcare sector
  • Proven experience handling accounts in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Home Health, and/or Telehealth
  • Familiarity with Care Plans and Wound Care documentation standards
  • Experience overseeing large, remote teams and frontline managers
  • Strong analytical skills and a track record of identifying and closing process gaps
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
  • Highly adaptable, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with EMRs and remote collaboration tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with offshore or BPO healthcare staffing
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification a plus
  • Working knowledge of US healthcare regulations and payer systems
Service Fee:
Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

Hours:

US Eastern Standard Time (EST) – 9 AM - 6 PM
