Job description

The Cash and Trade Proc Rep 4 is an entry level role responsible for the processing of all regular, restricted and legal transfers in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to perform moderately complex cash & trade operation tasks, by providing processing assistance for assigned projects.

Responsibilities:

Process client and firm payments, receivables, trade transactions, liquidity flows and wholesale card activity
Provide instructions for a variety of tasks, including receipts and authentication, processing and recording, and reporting and reconciliation
Perform cash management operations, including cash handling, check processing, return items and lock-box operations
Participate in UAT, implementation, and assist with training new team members including training initiatives as required
Monitor and report errors to ensure adherence to audit and control policies
Follow procedures and controls required for custody accounts
Provide feedback on project related activities

Generacion de bases de datos relacionadas con el efectivo que se recibe de las compañias de traslado de valores
Cruces de información de informacion recibida de la compañia de traslado de valores contra sistemas internos
Analisis de Informacion
Cierre contables
Aplicar cargos y abonos a las diferentes cuentas de los clientes en moneda nacional, así como también en dólares americanos.
Control y seguimiento de partidas de alto riesgo de los diferentes Cpae
Apertura de auxiliares en moneda nacional por faltantes o sobrantes u otro a las diferentes áreas del banco y dar el seguimiento correspondiente de las mismas.
Cierre contable de diversas plazas

Requisitos

Conocimientos contables
Manejo de Excel, Cruces de Información, Tablas Dinamicas, (Intermedio- Avanzado)
Experiencia en manejo y analisis de datos

Zona de trabajo Los Alpes/ Álvaro Obregon

Horario L-V 11 am a 8 pm

1 Vez al mes de hace guardia el fin de semana
