Key Responsibilities

  • Support elderly clients with daily living activities via virtual engagement, including personal care guidance and emotional support
  • Facilitate communication between clients and their families, ensuring timely updates on their well-being
  • Monitor client health status and report any changes or concerns to appropriate healthcare professionals
  • Help clients engage in cognitive stimulating activities through virtual platforms
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care provided
  • Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance caregiving skills

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an elderly care assistant or in a related field is highly preferred.
  • Strong empathy, patience, and outstanding communication skills.
  • Comfortable using technology for virtual care delivery and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote capacity.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in elderly care or healthcare would be an advantage.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours to meet the needs of clients.
