What You’ll Actually Do (Because Titles Are Just Titles)

Client & Project Leadership

  • Lead and own multiple search assignments across supply chain, procurement, and ops. We’re not talking junior-level logistics gigs... we’re placing the people who run $10B supply networks.
  • Take the wheel on kick-offs, pitch decks, psych assessments, and game-changing placements. This is high-touch, high-impact work.
  • Build role specs that aren’t recycled fluff. You’ll define what success looks like and find the human needle in the industrial haystack.
  • Be the calm in the chaos, managing deadlines, navigating clients, and still making it look easy.
  • You’ll get face time with the people who shape industries. And when you talk, they’ll listen, because you’ll know your stuff.


Grow the Business (and Yourself)

  • Partner with our senior team to hunt new business, shape proposals, and bring in mandates that matter.
  • Spot trends, anticipate client needs, and always be a few steps ahead of the market.
  • Mentor the next wave of search assassins. Share what you know, build others up, and leave a legacy inside this firm.
  • Help shape who we are. The culture. The vibe. The why. You’re not just clocking in... you’re helping build the machine.
