Summary

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our growing team. You’ll be the first point of contact for inbound calls, handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and documenting interactions.

Your role in our mission

This is an important position in Gainwell’s commitment to helping clients deliver better health and human services outcomes.

  • Answer high-volume inbound calls in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information regarding company products/services

  • Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary

  • Document customer interactions in CRM systems

  • Follow communication “scripts” and standard procedures

What we're looking for
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ years of customer service experience preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient with basic computer applications

  • Strong problem-solving skills to bring inquiries to effective resolution
  • Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on written and oral communication to respond to inquiries professionally
  • Ability to understand your role on a team and identify the correct stakeholders to consult to resolve client inquiries
What you should expect in this role
  • REMOTE
  • The candidate must be able to commit to attending all scheduled training sessions for 90 consecutive days, with no absences unless excused in advance or due to a verified emergency.

The pay range for this position is $29,100.00 - $41,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
