What we're looking for
  • 2 or more years of customer service experience in any industry
  • Healthcare and/or Call Center background preferred
  • High Speed Internet and a quiet space to work
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), and web browsers (Edge/Chrome)
  • Medicaid/Insurance experience is a plus

The pay range for this position is $29,100 - $41,600 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
