- Position the leadership of our oral care brands within the dental community, ensuring that Colgate is the brand they personally use, use in their dental offices, and actively recommend to their patients.
- Generate demand for our therapeutic brands in the pharmacy channel through dental recommendations.
- Generate demand through direct-to-patient sales in dental offices
- Develop and increase demand for therapeutic oral care products in pharmacies, aligned with company objectives.
- Execute the visit plan (coverage and frequency) in the assigned territory, providing information that supports product action, leading to recommendations.
- Develop and increase demand for oral care products in dental offices for direct sales to patients.
- Responsible for distributing product samples and information about oral care products within the territory.
- Stock Control: Monitor and report stock levels.
- Manage the portfolio of target dentists in the territory to achieve behavior change among professionals, increasing the number of recommendations and in-office sales.
- Participate in events for professionals related to oral health, promoting brand and product awareness.
- Develop strong relationships with dental professionals and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), focused on fostering loyalty among them and their patients.
- Use the CRM system daily to document activities and visits to dentists, enriching the database.
- Apply the Triple Win methodology to efficiently communicate the products, technologies, and science behind our products during dental promotions.
- Develop partnerships between Colgate and stakeholders within an assigned territory.
- Classify, categorize, and optimize the number of dental offices contacted within the assigned territory.
- Plan segmentation strategies for the development of the dentist portfolio.
- Responsible for monitoring and progression of professional accounts.
- Identify and report new market trends or competitor strategies.
- Be familiar with scientific literature and studies supporting our products.
- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
- 1 to 3 years of experience in commercial areas related to the professional/pharmacy channel
- Intermediate English Level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Active driver's license and own vehicle
