Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We're looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Launch Coordinator to lead day-to-day marketing execution and support key studio launches. This role blends digital marketing, client communication, and project coordination, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is passionate about building strong client relationships while delivering measurable marketing results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, email, and YouTube.
  • Coordinate the digital elements of new studio launches, including URL setup, listings, and content rollouts.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
  • Support CRM execution and basic data management.
  • Create and edit graphics and promotional assets using Canva.
  • Prepare and maintain reports using Excel and other tools.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Help ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across channels.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing execution and/or project coordination.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and digital platforms.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Zenoti POS or similar systems (not required, training can be provided).
  • Experience launching new services or coordinating projects in a wellness or retail setting.
  • Video content management (e.g., basic YouTube or short-form publishing workflows).
