Job Title: Sales Associate
Location: Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary Range: Training Period: 1100 USD/month while we assess
After Training: 1300 USD/month
Performance Bonuses: Up to 250 USD/month (paid quarterly), increasing to 500 USD/month over time, with additional earning potential for top performers.

Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries about cleaning services, providing clear, helpful information, and booking appointments.
Conduct outbound outreach to leads from provided lists to generate new business.
Follow up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell or repeat opportunities.
Address and resolve customer complaints within 48 hours, ensuring a positive service experience.
Manage and respond to support tickets related to sales or service via internal tools and communication platforms.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, ideally handling both inbound and outbound communication.
Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple ongoing conversations and priorities.
Punctual, consistent, and committed to long-term growth within the role.
Experience in high-volume calling, texting, and email handling.
Tech-savvy and able to quickly adapt to new platforms and tools.
Self-starter who takes initiative and shows ownership of outcomes.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience using platforms such as Aicall, Helpscout, Go High Level (CRM), Launch27, Operto, and Slack.
Prior work in sales for service-based businesses.
