Job description

Transform Lives, Not Just Paperwork

At Alpha, we believe the journey to exceptional education begins with exceptional guidance. As our Parent Liaison Specialist, you'll become the trusted navigator for families making one of life's most pivotal decisions. This isn't just about processing applications—it's about crafting meaningful connections that transform curious inquiries into confident enrollments.

You'll orchestrate a seamless, personalized experience that reflects our educational excellence from the very first interaction. Every email you craft, every tour you coordinate, and every question you answer shapes a family's perception of what their child's future could become.

In our dynamic, results-driven environment, your exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail will shine. If you find fulfillment in creating order from complexity, building genuine relationships, and directly contributing to educational transformation, Alpha is where your talents will make a profound difference.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Cultivate authentic relationships with prospective families through responsive, personalized phone and email communications
  • Choreograph compelling school tours by synchronizing internal schedules, confirming critical details, and preparing families for an impactful visit
  • Craft immersive shadow day experiences tailored to individual student interests and family priorities
  • Implement systematic tracking of all family interactions using HubSpot to ensure comprehensive follow-through
  • Embody Alpha's educational vision and values in every touchpoint throughout the admissions journey

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Determining admissions outcomes or modifying established school policies
  • Taking a reactive approach—your success depends on proactive outreach and anticipating family needs
  • Deploying generic, impersonal communications that fail to acknowledge each family's unique circumstances
  • Operating independently—you'll be an integral part of a collaborative team dedicated to excellence
  • Engaging in repetitive, scripted interactions—each conversation requires authentic, thoughtful engagement

Parent Liaison Specialist Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in client-facing or family-oriented roles
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining precision and accountability
  • Natural phone presence combining authentic warmth with professional polish
  • U.S.-based with authorization to work without requiring visa sponsorship

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Background in educational admissions, school operations, or high-end hospitality services
  • Previous experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Prior involvement with campus operations or family engagement in environments requiring significant trust
