Job description

Summary: This person will report to the onshore Controller and handle a variety of tasks outlined below. The company will provide training on all tasks in which the candidate is unfamiliar.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

BOOKKEEPING/ACCOUNTING SERVICES

  • Day-to-Day Bookkeeping
    • Classify QuickBooks transactions

    • Reconcile bank statements

    • Manage bill pay and A/P

    • Perform weekly billing

    • Produce Collections Reports

    • Produce Sales Reports

  • Year End Preparation
    • Manage W2 issuance

    • Manage 1099 issuance

  • Payroll Services
    • Process payroll

    • Archive payroll reports

    • Manage vacation & sick time accruals

    • Monitor and correct time entries

COMPLIANCE SERVICES

  • Entity Compliance
    • Prepare & file Annual Report

    • Prepare corporate book

  • Insurance Management
    • Ensure up-to-date General Liability

    • Ensure up-to-date WC

  • License and Certification Management
    • Track and renew business licenses

    • Track and renew professional licenses

  • Vehicles/Fleet Services
    • Ensure current vehicle registration

    • Ensure up-to-date auto insurance

Key Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience

  • Intermediate QuickBooks Desktop or QBO

  • Intermediate Excel and Google Sheets

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Reliable

  • Fluency in English writing and speaking

  • Able to work “night shift” and have a history of working night shift

Shift / Hours:

Monday Friday in one single shift from 8:00 AM PST 5:00 PM PST in one single shift. This is for 8 hours daily over a 9-hour shift which is 11:00 PM PHT 8:00 AM in PHT
