Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business and Sales Development Manager / Growth Executive to join our team. This role is crucial in driving sales and managing the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, along with technical expertise in the IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

Generate leads through various channels, including email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and web scraping to identify potential clients and hiring needs.

Perform data lead enrichment to ensure high-quality and relevant leads.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a seamless sales process and effective solution delivery.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiations, and contracts.

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Proven track record in generating leads and closing deals in the B2B software development industry.

Solid understanding of the IT landscape and technical concepts.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
