Manage employee benefits and serve as the primary liaison for clients and vendors.
Provide guidance and resolve issues related to claims, eligibility, billing, and benefits.
Develop and distribute communication materials regarding benefits and changes.
Conduct presentations, participate in vendor meetings, and support benefit enrollment processes.
