About the Role

Freedom Property Investors is looking for a skilled Webflow Developer with a strong sense of design and experience managing end-to-end website projects. This is a full-time, remote role for candidates based in the Philippines, working on Australian time (day shift). You will build responsive, high-converting websites and contribute to our digital growth and performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive websites using Webflow
• Translate Figma mockups into pixel-perfect, on-brand builds
• Manage project timelines, scoping, QA, and delivery
• Implement SEO, site performance, and responsive design best practices
• Track and report on site performance using tools like GA, Hotjar, and Webflow analytics
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, content, and design
• Enhance and maintain existing Webflow projects

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on Webflow development experience
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and CMS collections
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Strong attention to detail and clean design standards
• Good time management, communication, and project coordination skills
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools
• Bonus: JavaScript, UTM setup, A/B testing, or automation tools (Zapier, Make)
