About the Role

We're looking for an empathetic, strategic, and action-oriented Culture and Employee Experience manager to champion a strong, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture and support HR projects 


Key Responsibilities:
Culture & Engagement
  • Design and lead company-wide culture and engagement initiatives that align with organizational values.
  • Partner with leadership to define and evolve the company’s culture as we grow.
  • Lead employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and drive actionable plans.
  • Lead onboarding programs for strong integration into our culture.
  • Manage our global Recognition platform and program for employee recognition.
  • Facilitate culture-building programs such as internal events, team building, culture programming in regions in partnership with culture champions.
  • Lead the way to building and nurturing employee communities, and DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) efforts.
  • Help design and lead employee experience programs to build more connections, belonging and productivity in the remote-first environment.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing and Talent acquisition on employer brand initiatives internally and externally including filing for employer awards globally, glassdoor strategy, social media strategy for employees and culture branding
  • Drive HR roadmap design and implementation in collaboration with HR LT.
Internal Culture Communications & Storytelling
  • Create internal communications strategies that amplify values, celebrate wins, and foster connection across teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing/branding to ensure internal and external culture narratives are aligned.
Onboarding & Employee Experience
  • Develop and enhance onboarding programs that immerse new hires in our culture from day one.
  • Work with HR partners to improve moments that matter: onboarding, milestones, feedback, offboarding.
Project & Program Management
  • Lead and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Partner with HRBPs, HR Ops, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and other key partners to implement solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Lead efforts for adoption of AI within the HR team.
  • Track and report key HR KPIs (engagement, retention, participation, eNPS).
  • Create dashboards or reports 
  • Recommend and iterate on programs based on data insights and feedback.

  • Increased retention and belonging, especially across global teams.
  • Culture initiatives embedded into key touchpoints of the employee journey.
  • Leaders equipped with tools to build strong, values-aligned teams.
Qualifications:
  • 3–6 years in HR, People, Culture, or related roles
  • Experience in high-growth or remote-first environments.
  • Passion for inclusion, equity, and employee well-being.
  • Proven track record leading or supporting culture and engagement programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a natural connector.
  • Strong project management skills with a record of cross-functional execution.
  • Comfort with data analysis and reporting.
