Job description

Bold Business is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Specialist (mid to senior level) with a proven track record of booking qualified calls with decision-makers. You’ll use your expertise in Sales Navigator, LinkedIn automation tools (like Expandi, Skylead, or Lemlist), and messaging strategy to engage prospects, warm up leads, and fill the pipeline for our growing sales team.

This is a high-impact role for someone who understands how to balance automation with authenticity, is tech-forward, and thrives with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.


🌟 Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end prospecting process on LinkedIn—from identifying targets to booking meetings
  • Use Sales Navigator to research, segment, and prioritize ideal prospects
  • Build and launch multi-step LinkedIn campaigns (connection, follow-up, nurturing) using tools like Expandi, Skylead, or Lemlist
  • Personalize outreach while maintaining scale through AI-powered content and automation
  • Start real conversations that convert cold contacts into warm leads and scheduled discovery calls
  • Collaborate with the sales team to define and refine ideal customer profiles and outreach strategies
  • Track outreach KPIs and continuously test and improve messaging, cadence, and targeting
  • Keep CRM (HubSpot) updated with lead activity, status, and notes
  • Contribute to the growth of our LinkedIn brand presence through thoughtful engagement and company page support

  • 3–10 years of experience with LinkedIn prospecting, sales development, or outbound lead generation
  • A strong portfolio of past success in generating qualified leads and meetings using LinkedIn
  • Fluency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools like Expandi, Skylead, Lemlist, LaGrowth, or similar
  • Proven knowledge of best practices in outreach timing, tone, and personalization
  • Strong written English and the ability to craft compelling, conversational outreach messages
  • Tech- and AI-savvy—comfortable using tools like ChatGPT for content personalization and prospect research
  • Highly organized, proactive, and accountable—you manage your time, tools, and targets independently
