This role will be primarily remote and will support all GT office locations. This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer - Revenue Management.
Position Summary
As a member of the firm’s Revenue Management team, the Financial Reporting Analyst will work closely with firm management by providing information and analysis needed to support the firm’s business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer - Revenue Management, the Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for the preparation, review, and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual firm-wide reports and analyses related to attorney and paralegal productivity, fee billings, and collections. The role involves frequent ad hoc financial analysis and reporting in support of senior management, practice leaders, and local office management and staff; some general administrative duties will be required.

Education & Prior Experience
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university, with specialization in Finance, Accounting, or a similar quantitative focus.
Two to four years of work experience preferred; experience in a professional services firm is a plus.
Technology
Strong proficiency in PC-based Windows applications, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc).
Experience with SQL and VBA is preferred, or a willingness to learn these skills.
