We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist / Product Statistician to join our team and help shape data-driven decisions through advanced modeling and experimentation.

Your main tasks will be:
  • Build and maintain statistical models (e.g., LTV, Marketing Mix Models) to support business decision-making

  • Search for proxy metrics and methodologies to speed up experimentation within the A/B testing framework

  • Conduct advanced statistical analysis of experimental results, including quality validation and interpretation

  • Analyze raw product data using statistical and machine learning tools to reveal dependencies and growth opportunities

  • Code and maintain analytical data pipelines in Python and SQL for modeling and data preparation

We expect from you:
Hard Skills:
  • Degree in mathematics, applied mathematics, statistics, or another technical field

  • Solid understanding of mathematical statistics and probability theory

  • Strong skills in data extraction, processing, and analysis using SQL and Python

  • Practical experience in building and applying statistical models to real business problems (e.g., LTV, MMM)

  • Experience in planning and analyzing A/B tests, including quality checks and proxy metric identification

  • Willingness and ability to explore raw datasets and extract meaningful insights

Soft Skills:
  • Ability to communicate effectively and present findings clearly

  • Structured thinking and clarity in formulating hypotheses, insights, and conclusions
