As a Sales Coach, you'll play a vital role in that mission — by equipping franchise owners with the tools, strategies, and confidence to grow their businesses, reach more families, and build thriving operations. Reporting to the Director of Support Services, the Franchise Sales Coach provides hands-on support to franchise owners and their teams. You’ll help strengthen their sales approach, improve lead conversion, and retain more clients — while coaching them to become confident, capable leaders in their markets.
This is a full-time position requiring frequent travel (approximately 60+ days per year) and a passion for relationship-building and performance improvement.
Provide one-on-one coaching to franchise owners to enhance their sales performance and business acumen.
Deliver training sessions and workshops on consultative selling, relationship-based sales, and lead conversion.
Serve as a mentor and guide to help franchisees overcome challenges and achieve long-term success.
Collaborate with franchise teams to develop localized sales strategies tailored to their unique markets.
Support lead generation and client acquisition through training and marketing alignment.
Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Help small business owners build sustainable growth models while maintaining high standards of care.
Foster strong, trusted relationships that reflect Caring Senior Service’s mission and values.
Ensure consistency in brand, sales messaging, and client experience across the network.
