Job Title

Patcraft Commercial Sales Coach- Remote

Position Overview

The Patcraft Sales Coach is a dedicated commercial sales coach for our Account Managers. Working closely with the RVP team and brand leadership to ensure alignment and streamlined communication, this sales coach will focus on supporting the personal development of our Account Managers along with assisting in teaming dynamics + supplemental support for segment specific opportunities for Patcraft. Providing necessary insights and coaching as it relates to assisting our Account Managers to achieve sales growth. 

 

The sales coach will partner with the sales management & key brand team members to determine a core group of Account Managers that he/she will support (~15 Account Managers should make up this core list) and will assist in connecting learning solutions to business objectives in order to drive sales & profitability growth, account penetration, and employee retention.  

 

Responsibilities:    

  • Provide tailored 1:1 coaching and support to core account manager groups in order to enhance new hire onboarding and accelerate performance to meet necessary sales volume goals. 

  • Assist RVPs in coaching to performance plans, setting business goals, and identifying personal developmental opportunities.  

  • Reinforce brand initiatives & business initiatives to the field, providing clarity & contextual understanding when needed. 

  • Build strong relationships with all levels of Commercial Division sales and brand leadership to align & prioritize training needs with the Commercial Green Book Objectives.    

  • Assist the Commercial Experience & Onboarding Manager and the Commercial Training Program Manager with delivering training that reinforces the Shaw Commercial Sales Performance Process Map (SPPM) through high engagement, retention, and measurable ROI.   

  • Serve as a coach & mentor to our Account Managers, providing sales perspective and insight as it relates to each respective Account Manager’s professional growth.    

  • Support and collaborate with the VPSA team to ensure alignment for all training and development initiatives and ensure the proper sales behaviors/habits are being taught early on for identifying and achieving annuity-based business.  

  • Assist in supporting and aiding in setting up a teaming strategy for respective commercial regions.   

  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, presentations etc. to account managers at various levels.

  • Consistently seeks feedback and identifies means for enhancements in current and future training curriculum.   

Qualifications:   

  • Minimum of 3 years field sales experience or other relevant work experience along with a deep understanding of commercial interiors & complex sales cycles required

  • Ability to travel – approximately 50% of the year and live a commutable distance to an airport required.

  • Deep understanding of the commercial market, including the sales process used for End Use Customers, Architects & Designers, & Dealers required.

  • Healthcare + Education segment experience and or end-use experience preferred. 

  • Keen ability to identify learning opportunities through consultative discussions with commercial leaders, teams & individual associates.   

  • Ability to coach concepts and ideas & determine learning approaches that will best fit developmental objectives.

Work Shift
