1. Integrates Agilent products and services (at the solutions level) into customer’s environment.
Ensures the product functions per specifications and our solution based on consumables and column product with excellence.
2. With Relevant industry knowledge and workflow to provide insight, and solve customer’s problems, recommends solutions to meet their needs, and ensures customer satisfaction.
3. Assists sales and marketing to meet or exceed sales quota, through the provision of technical expertise. Contributes to sales account planning. Participates actively in the sales process from deal qualification to deal closure. Owns the deal’s technical closure.
4. Acts as the customer voice to influence future product design that meets customer needs. May also contribute to post-sales activities.
5. Works with key accounts or KOLs to develop industry critical solution.
6. Travel required 50%.
1.Master or above degree of chromatography or relative major.
2.Above 5 years of working experience in the Related industry.
3.Strong learning skill and communication skill.
4.Excellent at English communication.
5.Good teamwork and effective in cross-functional environment.
