Job Description

We are seeking a Remote Recruitment Assistant who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced, interactive environment. In this role, you will support our Recruitment and operational teams by sourcing top talent, managing administrative tasks, and occasionally participating in interviews. Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process: Sourcing candidates, conducting competitor mapping, and handling related administrative tasks.
Maintain a candidate database for various job openings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Support HR in scheduling, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates.
Participate in interviews from time to time to help assess candidate fit.
Collaborate with the team to streamline recruitment processes and improve operational efficiency.
Perform data entry and other additional tasks as assigned.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; you feel energized by interacting with others.
