Job description

About the role:

The Partner Acount Manager at Ezypay will manage the strategic relationships with our key strategic partners, ensuring we retain their partnership, generate revenue from their new & existing client base, provide relevant insights, work with the BDMs to close new business, and align with Marketing, Product & Partner Solutions, and other relevant departments to plan, develop and deliver robust Partner Account Plans covering commercial and technical goals that can be executed to deliver on our business goals.

As a Partner Account Manager, you will:

  • Create, execute and manage a proactive & robust engagement plan with the assigned partners to ensure that we consistently reinforce our value, understand their business, and increase PSOW, gross profit and overall transactions while securing long-term value-driven partnerships, including, but not limited to EBRs, partner plans, monthly insights, designed to reinforce our value proposition and relevance to their business continually.
  • Negotiate value-led commercial agreements with partners, demonstrating commercial and financial acumen in constructing mutually beneficial pricing & revenue arrangements
  • Strong commercial understanding and judgement, good business acumen, growth mindset, and possesses exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Accurately forecast partner transactions and gross profit across their assigned partners, tracking revenues regularly for relevant actions.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our partner's business model, needs and requirements that can create opportunities to increase our PSOW. Work with internal key stakeholders, where appropriate, to propose outcomes that meet both of our objectives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of partnerships or channel management experience
  • Strong background in B2B sales across SMB and Enterprise
  • Sound knowledge of the Fintech industry across ANZ and APAC
  • Acute commercial acumen with the ability to read and interpret data to develop mutually profitable solutions
  • Experience working with SaaS and technology companies where you have demonstrated successful partnership initiatives that have lead to new revenue growth
