Work Schedule:
Monday - Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We're seeking a reliable, people-oriented Customer Service Representative to manage inbound and outbound calls, primarily working with warm leads. Your core responsibility will be scheduling appointments with our sales team, no pricing discussions, no hard selling, just thoughtful, timely follow-up, and effective calendar management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make and receive calls from leads who have already expressed interest.
  • Book appointments with sales reps using internal scheduling tools.
  • Update lead statuses and maintain CRM notes.
  • Follow up with prospects in a timely, courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize lead conversion rates.


Qualifications:

  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or outbound calling.
  • Familiarity with basic CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in Outlook and Google Workspace.
  • Background in appointment setting or calendar coordination.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience with Leap CRM and Dialpad.
