Strong written and spoken English skills: Clear and effective communication is essential. 3+years proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role: Strong background in supporting executives and managing administrative tasks. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: Ability to draft, proofread, and convey messages professionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software: Skilled in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other admin tools. Strong organizational and time-management abilities: Efficient multitasking, prioritization, and deadline management. Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information: High integrity in handling confidential matters. Ability to anticipate needs and make independent decisions: Proactive problem-solving with minimal supervision. Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills: Approachable, polished, and effective in team and client interactions.

Core responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Manage schedules, appointments, travel, and correspondence while preparing and editing documents. Communication Management: Act as a liaison, draft and proofread communications, and facilitate internal/external messaging. Information Management: Organize records, conduct research, compile reports, and ensure data confidentiality. Project Coordination: Plan and execute projects, coordinate logistics, and track timelines/milestones. Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships, serve as a point of contact, and provide proactive support. General Support: Anticipate executive and team needs while ensuring smooth operations across all areas.
